PERSONAL WATER FILTRATION BOTTLE

Weighing just 5.5 ounces, the durable, BPA free Personal Water Bottle Filter delivers fresh, clean water as fast as you can drink it. Great for everyday hydration, camping, or taking on trips, simply fill the 34-ounce water bottle from a river, lake, or faucet and start drinking from the included straw.

Incorporating our trusted water filter, the Personal Water Bottle offers 0.1 micron absolute filtration and removes 99.99999% of all bacteria, such as salmonella, cholera, leptospirosis, and E.coli, 99.9999% of all protozoa (such as giardia and cryptosporidium), and 100% of microplastics.

In addition to drinking from the water bottle, you can also use the included filter inline with a hydration pack’s tubing or as an ultra-light filter for producing clean water for groups in the backcountry.

HOW IT WORKS

0.1 Micron Absolute Filtration

Our water filters contain a high number of tiny ‘U’ shaped hollow fiber micro-tubes that trap contaminants while allowing decontaminated water to freely pass through at a high flow rate — eliminating the need to store water and reducing the possibility of water contamination after the filtration process.

The Personal Filtration Bottle is certified for 0.1 micron filtration, meaning there is no pore size larger than 0.1 micron in size. This makes it impossible for harmful bacteria (like salmonella), protozoa, or cysts like E. coli, Giardia, Vibrio cholerae, and Salmonella typhi to pass through the filter.

All Sawyer water filters meet or exceed Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommended removal rates.

FILTRATION ON THE FLY

An ultralight solution to getting water instantly, our Personal Water Bottle Filter gives you a number of ways to access clean water. Simply fill up the bottle at any water source — lake, stream, or faucet — screw the cap back on, and start sipping on clean water from the straw as quickly as you can drink.

You can also squeeze water out of the bottle to fill other containers with little resistance, or remove the filter from the bottle and attach it inline to hydration pack tubing.

We’ve designed the cap to fit standard 63mm wide mouth water bottles, so you can quickly switch the filter to any other compatible bottle.

A LIFETIME OF CLEAN WATER

This system’s filtering membranes are sturdy enough to withstand backwashing using the included syringe, restoring up to 98.5% of the filter’s flow rate.

The filter can be cleaned and reused almost indefinitely with no expensive cartridges to replace… ever. We recommend backwashing and sanitizing the filter after every outing for optimized use.
